Customer, billing, and refund support

Include your account email, a concise description, and—only for a billing request—the charge date, amount, and Razorpay payment/reference ID if available. Never email passwords, OTPs, full card or bank details, government identifiers, API keys, or other secrets.

Privacy and account-data requests

We may request proportionate information to verify that a privacy request comes from the account holder. Account deletion, subscription cancellation, and refunds are separate actions; see the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Operator and correspondence address

Meykai is operated by Siddhant Jha, an individual operating under the Meykai brand.

Meykai does not advertise telephone support. Where applicable law or a payment provider requires a number, it is supplied through the appropriate private or legally required channel.
